Site Security Division provides fully-compliant, insured, and strategically managed off-duty Ohio law enforcement personnel for sites, events, and special assignments. Informal 1099 or private contract arrangements expose both the officer and the client to significant civil liability and criminal risk. In Ohio, providing private security services outside an officer’s jurisdiction or agency, without proper PISGS licensure is unlawful under regulations enforced by Ohio Homeland Security. These arrangements also lack compliant liability insurance coverage, leaving all parties fully exposed.
